BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

All rates quoted in US Dollars and include VAT of 16%

WEEKENDS & LONG WEEKENDS

Due to popular demand for our air-conditioned self-catering cottages, a minimum of two-night stay is required for all weekends and a minimum three night stay is required for all long weekends, negotiable only with management.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Depending on the size of the group, special rates can be arranged. Children 1-4 years and under stay free. (ON THE EXTRA PERSON)

CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Once deposit has been made, proof of payment must be scanned and e-mailed through to info@mounthermonsafari.com.

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking within 21 days 25% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days 50% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation of a confirmed booking within 7 days 75% cancellation fee.

Please note check in times at 13:00 HRS & check out a 10:00HRS although this is negotiable and dependent on each situation or with agents having a signed contract with Mount Hermon.
